Responsibilities
- Manage inventory with precision using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move goods safely and efficiently
- Pack, label, and ship orders according to quality standards
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces following OSHA guidelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic computer literacy with RF scanner experience
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
