Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Accurately process, pack, and ship high-volume inventory with zero tolerance for errors
- Maintain real-time inventory tracking using RF scanners and WMS software
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and conduct daily equipment inspections
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to optimize workflow efficiency
- Train junior staff on SOPs and warehouse safety standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift operation experience (certification preferred)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail with proven accuracy in inventory management
- Flexible availability to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic proficiency with warehouse technology (RF scanners, WMS)
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Valid driver's license and clean background check
