Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inventory sorting and order fulfillment with precision
- Operate automated conveyor systems and RF scanning technology
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve 99.8% accuracy targets
- Conduct preventative maintenance on warehouse equipment
- Implement safety protocols for 24/7 operations compliance
- Optimize loading dock efficiency for 200+ daily shipments
- Generate real-time performance reports for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 2+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and operate forklifts (certification a plus)
- Proficient in WMS systems and inventory software
- Exceptional problem-solving under time-sensitive conditions
- Valid Illinois driver's license required
- Availability for Friday-Sunday shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
