Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately process incoming and outgoing orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels and organizing warehouse storage.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and coworkers to meet daily targets.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and organization.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation to the Milwaukee facility.
