Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment to ensure 99.9% accuracy.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records using handheld scanners.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems to move materials.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing products for defects or damage before processing.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Load & Unload: Safely load and unload trucks using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
Qualifications
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure order correctness and safety compliance.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
