Responsibilities
- Perform accurate order picking, packing, and shipping of products to meet daily targets.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and stock replenishment to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Load and unload delivery trucks using proper material handling equipment.
- Collaborate with the team lead to resolve any discrepancies or operational issues immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Arlington facility.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
