Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products by hand or using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment.
- Inspect incoming shipments for damage or discrepancies and report any issues immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in strict compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments efficiently to ensure accurate inventory control.
- Assist in cycle counts, stock replenishment, and maintaining accurate digital records.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate warehouse management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety protocols.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
