Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely using hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts.
- Verify and inspect incoming materials for defects and accuracy.
- Pack and prepare products for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Basic computer literacy (ability to use a handheld scanner or tablet).
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- No prior warehouse experience is required; we provide full training!
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in various weather conditions.
