Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately select and prepare merchandise for customer orders using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records within the warehouse management system.
- Material Handling: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or discrepancies and report issues immediately.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the workspace organized, clean, and safe by adhering to all OSHA safety protocols.
- Load Preparation: Safely load trucks and pallets, ensuring proper weight distribution and securing loads for transit.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling inventory and processing orders.
- Communication: Basic ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license is preferred but not required for all positions.
- Reliability: A history of punctual and consistent attendance.
