Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping using handheld scanners and RF equipment.
- Operate powered industrial trucks (Forklifts) and material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform inventory counts and stock adjustments as requested by management.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
- Load and unload trailers in a timely manner during the night shift.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10 PM - 6 AM).
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse software (RF guns) is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety protocols.
