Responsibilities
- Operate material handling equipment (Forklift, Pallet Jack) safely and efficiently.
- Inspect, sort, and organize incoming and outgoing merchandise.
- Package, label, and prepare goods for shipment according to safety standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to prevent accidents.
- Perform inventory counts and update tracking systems accurately.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies during night operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Basic math skills for inventory and packaging.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Valid forklift certification (preferred but not required for entry-level).
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record.
