Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight efficiently and safely using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Pick, pack, and verify merchandise orders with high accuracy to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and stock rotation to prevent product loss.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) accurately.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Valid driver’s license (not required for all positions but preferred).
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow safety protocols strictly.
- Flexibility to work overtime and varying shifts as needed.
