Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, label, and prepare products for shipment with high accuracy.
- Inventory Management: Assist in conducting regular inventory counts and maintaining accurate stock levels.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and other staff to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Availability: Reliable transportation to work; ability to work flexible shifts, including overtime.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in order processing and inventory tracking.
- Basic Computer Skills: Comfortable using handheld scanners and basic computer systems.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and dedicated to safety protocols.
