Responsibilities
- Perform daily picking, packing, and shipping of merchandise to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and damage, reporting discrepancies immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to update inventory counts and track stock levels.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to resolve issues and streamline operational workflows.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required (we provide training).
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
- Reliable transportation and ability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime as needed.
