Responsibilities
- Load and unload trailers safely and efficiently using proper lifting techniques.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers (certification provided upon hiring).
- Scan and verify incoming and outgoing inventory using handheld scanners and WMS software.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist in packaging, labeling, and preparing shipments for delivery.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors regarding inventory discrepancies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required (we train the right candidates).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Must be reliable and able to work scheduled shifts, including nights and weekends.
