Responsibilities
- Coordinate and track incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure timely delivery across NY and PA regions.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, vendors, and clients to resolve logistics issues and discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate digital and physical records of all freight movements and inventory levels.
- Ensure strict compliance with all safety regulations, OSHA standards, and company policies.
- Process purchase orders and manage relationships with third-party logistics providers.
- Assist in the loading and unloading of freight to ensure safety and organization.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehousing.
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and logistics software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with tight deadlines.
- Valid driverβs license and clean driving record preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
