Responsibilities
- Fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently during night operations.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and according to protocols.
- Inspect and organize inventory, ensuring stock levels are maintained and organized.
- Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and warehouse housekeeping standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Load and unload trucks in a timely manner to maintain shipping schedules.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (typically 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety regulations.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
