Responsibilities
- Receiving & Inspection: Verify incoming shipments for accuracy, damage, and quantity discrepancies.
- Picking & Packing: Efficiently pick items from inventory and package them for shipment using appropriate materials.
- Inventory Management: Utilize warehouse management systems to maintain accurate stock levels and update records.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, when certified.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free workspace.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is preferred but not mandatory (we provide training).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with barcode scanners or warehouse software is a plus.
- Reliability: Must demonstrate punctuality, strong work ethic, and attention to detail.
- Legal: Must be authorized to work in the United States.
