Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stage materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems.
- Verify and inspect incoming inventory for damages, discrepancies, and quality control.
- Package, label, and prepare shipments for delivery with accuracy and speed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform cycle counts and assist in inventory management as directed.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) and handheld scanners efficiently.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless operations transitions.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive training.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must be available to work night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:30 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols strictly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
