Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with speed and accuracy.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock checks and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Machinery Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging standards are met.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the workspace clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and peers to meet daily targets.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; training is provided.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays if needed.
- Documentation: Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check.
- Skills: Basic math skills and familiarity with barcode scanners.
