As a vital member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our supply chain remains efficient and our customers receive their orders on time.
Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems to move inventory.
- Inventory Management: Perform accurate cycle counts, receive incoming shipments, and prepare items for outbound delivery.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and stage customer orders with a high degree of accuracy to minimize returns.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace by adhering to all OSHA safety protocols.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage or defects before they leave the warehouse.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to meet daily operational goals.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be flexible to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and safety standards.
