Responsibilities
- Oversee night shift warehouse operations including inventory management, order fulfillment, and equipment safety
- Lead and mentor a team of 10-15 warehouse associates, ensuring productivity targets are met
- Implement and enforce OSHA safety protocols to maintain accident-free operations
- Coordinate with logistics team for seamless dock scheduling and freight movement
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Generate shift performance reports and recommend process improvements
- Manage inventory discrepancies and reconcile stock counts
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse/supervisory experience in 24/7 operations
- Forklift certification and experience operating industrial equipment
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate night shift teams
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and inventory management software
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Flexibility to work rotating weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree preferred
