Responsibilities
- Manage inventory control and stock rotation in fast-paced warehouse environment
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Inspect and maintain warehouse equipment to ensure operational readiness
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping/receiving targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workspaces
- Load/unload shipments and verify documentation accuracy
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift experience preferred
- Forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
