Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently to meet daily production goals.
- Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and conveyor systems, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Inspect incoming shipments for damage and verify quantities against packing slips.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, following 5S methodologies.
- Assist in inventory cycle counts and stock organization.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and other departments to resolve logistical issues.
- Load and unload trucks safely using proper lifting techniques.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required (we train the right candidates).
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Willingness to work rotating night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
