Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for timely delivery.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts.
- Material Handling: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or errors.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the work area organized, clean, and compliant with safety standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and other associates to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- License: Valid driver's license (Class C) is preferred.
