Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and process incoming and outgoing shipments with speed and accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers.
- Ensure the accurate picking, packing, and labeling of orders to meet customer specifications.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies, including OSHA guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and shift supervisors regarding workflow and issues.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (typically 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Valid driver’s license (if driving a company vehicle).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
