Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to efficiently load/unload shipments
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate warehouse documentation
- Inspect products for quality assurance and packaging integrity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet nightly productivity targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and equipment maintenance procedures
- Optimize storage space using warehouse management systems
- Train new associates on operational standards and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Flexibility to work 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM (Monday-Friday)
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent required
