Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and deploy high-quality, scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (UX/UI, Product, QA) to define features and technical specifications.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices and maintain code quality.
- Optimize application performance and ensure a seamless user experience across all devices.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Knowledge of cloud services (AWS or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
