Qualifications
- 8+ years of software development experience with 3+ in cloud-native systems
- Expert proficiency in Java, Python, and Go with strong CS fundamentals
- Proven experience with distributed systems, message queues, and event-driven architecture
- AWS/GCP certifications with hands-on infrastructure-as-code (Terraform)
- Track record of mentoring teams and driving engineering culture
- Strong problem-solving skills with complex system optimization experience
