Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications using React and Node.js.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, designers, backend engineers) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code with a focus on best practices and scalability.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior developers.
- Optimize application performance and ensure 99.9% uptime across all environments.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement effective solutions quickly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and building RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
