Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot basic hardware and software problems efficiently.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and printers.
- Document all troubleshooting steps and resolutions in the knowledge base for future reference.
- Collaborate with the team to identify and resolve recurring technical problems.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support, help desk, or customer service.
- Proficient in troubleshooting Windows, macOS, and mobile operating systems.
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts, email clients, and office software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts simply.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
