Responsibilities
- Direct daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and shipping
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of 15+ logistics professionals
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and company safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet client SLAs
- Monitor KPIs and generate performance reports for executive leadership
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate service contracts
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in logistics/supply chain management with 2+ leadership roles
- Strong knowledge of WMS systems and inventory control methodologies
- Proven ability to manage budgets and P&L responsibilities
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends during peak seasons
