Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical troubleshooting and support for enterprise clients via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Diagnose and resolve software, hardware, and network issues efficiently, adhering to strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate seamlessly with the day-shift engineering team to escalate and resolve complex tickets.
- Ensure a high Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT) and Net Promoter Score (NPS) through empathetic communication.
- Participate in nightly team briefings, training sessions, and knowledge base updates.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree or technical certification (A+, Network+) preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer support, IT helpdesk, or technical sales.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM) reliably and consistently.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a patient, empathetic, and professional demeanor.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, remote support tools (e.g., TeamViewer, LogMeIn), and basic networking concepts.
