Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with exceptional professionalism and efficiency
- Resolve complex customer issues using CRM tools and escalate appropriately when needed

- Maintain detailed customer interaction records in our Salesforce database
- Identify upsell opportunities and contribute to revenue growth targets
- Participate in continuous training to enhance product knowledge and service skills

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite
