Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support for enterprise clients via phone, email, and remote access
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware/software issues across Windows/macOS platforms
- Document all ticket resolutions in ServiceNow with detailed technical notes
- Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate critical infrastructure issues
- Train clients on new system implementations and security protocols
- Maintain 95%+ customer satisfaction score through proactive communication
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise-level IT support experience
- CompTIA Security+ and Network+ certifications required
- Expertise in Active Directory, SCCM, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Ability to troubleshoot complex networking issues (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Strong written/verbal communication skills with technical/non-technical audiences
- Experience with ticketing systems and ITIL best practices
