Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical troubleshooting and support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage and resolve incoming tickets via our ticketing system with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Assist employees with password resets, software installations, and device configuration.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation to ensure a professional environment.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in our knowledge base.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or technical customer service.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree or technical certification is a plus.
