Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues for end-users.
- Provide remote and on-site technical support via phone, email, and chat.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and network devices.
- Document all technical incidents, resolutions, and maintenance activities in our ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement system upgrades and security patches.
- Train staff on new software applications and standard operating procedures.
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential technical disruptions.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a technical support or helpdesk role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and remote access tools (e.g., TeamViewer, LogMeIn).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first approach.
- Ability to prioritize multiple requests and work efficiently under tight deadlines.
- CompTIA A+ certification is highly preferred.
