Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend shift operations ensuring efficiency and safety protocols
- Lead and mentor team members to achieve daily production targets
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment activities
- Conduct quality control checks and address production issues
- Maintain accurate shift logs and operational reports
- Coordinate with management to ensure seamless weekend-to-weekend handover
- Implement process improvements to enhance weekend productivity
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in manufacturing or logistics
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and make quick judgments
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays (6:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
- Basic knowledge of OSHA safety regulations
- High school diploma or equivalent required
