Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ team members during overnight operations (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety protocols
- Monitor production metrics and implement process improvements
- Conduct shift handovers and maintain detailed documentation
- Address immediate operational issues and escalate when necessary
- Train new hires on equipment and procedures
- Manage inventory and supply chain logistics
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in manufacturing/logistics
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
