Responsibilities
- Oversee 10-15 production staff during night shift operations
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
- Optimize workflow efficiency and meet production targets
- Conduct shift handovers and maintain accurate documentation
- Train and mentor new team members on equipment and processes
- Address immediate production issues and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate maintenance schedules and supply inventory
Qualifications
- 3+ years manufacturing/supervisory experience
- Proven ability to lead night shift teams
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to operate heavy machinery (forklift, presses)
- Basic knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
- Flexibility to work 12-hour night shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
