Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate weekend production teams across multiple manufacturing lines
- Enforce OSHA safety protocols and maintain incident-free operations
- Optimize workflow efficiency to meet/exceed daily production quotas
- Conduct quality control inspections and address production deviations
- Train and mentor new employees on operational procedures
- Prepare shift reports and communicate handover details to day-shift managers
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for weekend operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years manufacturing supervisory experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety credentials
- Proven track record of meeting production targets
- Strong conflict resolution and team leadership abilities
- Proficiency in ERP/MES systems (SAP, Oracle preferred)
- Ability to work flexible weekend schedules (Fri-Sun or Sat-Sun)
- Associate degree in Industrial Technology or related field
