Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support and customer service during peak weekend hours.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and resolve client inquiries with efficiency and empathy.
- Manage and update customer databases and records with a high degree of accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational continuity and seamless service delivery.
- Adhere to strict quality assurance and compliance standards.
- Document all support interactions and escalate critical issues to senior management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer support, technical helpdesk, or operations is highly desirable.
- Mandatory: Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
