Responsibilities
- Manage Weekend Operations: Oversee daily business operations and workflow processes during non-standard hours.
- Customer Support: Provide exceptional service to clients via phone and email, resolving inquiries with speed and accuracy.
- Data Entry & Reporting: Maintain accurate records, update databases, and generate performance reports for the weekend team.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with the full-time team to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Inventory Management: Assist in managing stock levels and logistics for weekend shipments.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday rotations.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service or operations support.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) and Microsoft Office Suite.
