Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels
- Resolve billing, technical, and service-related issues with first-call resolution
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining data integrity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex cases
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT and resolution targets
- Participate in weekend shift rotations (Sat/Sun 8AM-8PM)
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 2+ years customer service experience in high-contact environments
- Proficiency with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, weekend-focused schedules
- Strong problem-solving with customer-first mindset
- Associate degree or equivalent professional certification
- Experience in B2B or SaaS industries preferred
- Spanish bilingual capability a plus
