Responsibilities
- Execute efficient order picking, packing, and shipping processes in a climate-controlled warehouse environment
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with OSHA certification
- Conduct inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records using WMS software
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy with experience in inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
