Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and automated systems
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with OSHA-compliant training
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain 99.5% accuracy
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Document transactions and report equipment malfunctions to supervisors
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Reliable transportation to our 24/3 facility
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Flexibility to work 10 PM - 6 AM with weekend rotations
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
