Responsibilities
- Manage and direct night shift warehouse staff (15-20 employees) to ensure efficient operations
- Oversee inventory control, order fulfillment, and dock activities during overnight hours
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Coordinate with day shift supervisors for seamless operational transitions
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members
- Resolve urgent operational issues and escalate critical concerns appropriately
- Generate shift reports and optimize warehouse workflow processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse management experience with night shift supervision
- Proven ability to lead teams in high-volume logistics environments
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (WMS) and safety regulations
- Excellent problem-solving skills with crisis management experience
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field required
