Responsibilities
- Provide on-site and remote technical support for Windows/macOS systems and network infrastructure
- Manage and troubleshoot hardware/software issues including servers, printers, and security systems
- Deploy and configure new IT equipment across multiple client locations in Western PA
- Create and maintain documentation for IT policies, procedures, and system configurations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement technology solutions
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential security vulnerabilities
- Train end-users on new technologies and best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on IT support experience with enterprise-level systems
- CompTIA Security+ and/or Microsoft 365 Certified Professional required
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD, and cloud infrastructure
- Experience with VoIP systems, VPN configurations, and endpoint protection
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license for local travel (mileage reimbursed)
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional weekends for system deployments
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical users
- Local Pennsylvania residency required (no relocation assistance available)
