Responsibilities
- Lead strategic IT infrastructure projects and cloud migration initiatives
- Manage team of 5+ engineers with performance coaching and mentorship
- Develop and implement cybersecurity protocols and disaster recovery plans
- Collaborate with C-suite on technology budgeting and vendor management
- Drive digital transformation across departments using DevOps practices
- Ensure 99.9% system uptime through proactive monitoring and optimization

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years IT experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in AWS/Azure, network security, and enterprise systems
- Proven track record of managing complex IT projects on budget
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate business needs to technical solutions
- CISSP or PMP certification required
