Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware, software, and network infrastructure
- Diagnose and resolve complex system issues with minimal downtime
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity protocols to protect company assets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy new technologies
- Document technical procedures and create user training materials
- Monitor system performance and recommend optimization improvements
- Manage vendor relationships for IT equipment and services
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud platforms
- Strong troubleshooting skills for network and hardware issues

- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira) preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional on-call duties
